How to Log a Ticket

Standard Logging Process

Ticket Logging via Support Portal

To log a ticket with Evolve, please follow these instructions:
  1. Log into our Support Portal at https://spark.evolvetech.co.nz
    1. If you don't have an account, please follow this article first.
  2. On the "My Area" tab at the top of the screen, click "Add Ticket"
  3. Fill in the Ticket Details
    1. Choose you billing method
    2. If you have chosen Purchase Order, please enter a PO Number.
    3. Enter your reference number
    4. Select a Category
    5. Enter a Room Name.
    6. Select a Priority
    7. Enter a Subject
    8. Enter a Description
    9. Attach File if required
  4. Click Submit.
Once submitted, you will receive an email indicating you have created a new ticket.



Sending Support an Email

You can email us at sparksupport@evolvetech.co.nz and our system will automatically log a ticket on your behalf and then send you a confirmation email.
