Standard Logging Process
Ticket Logging via Support Portal
To log a ticket with Evolve, please follow these instructions:
- Log into our Support Portal at https://spark.evolvetech.co.nz
- If you don't have an account, please follow this article first.
- On the "My Area" tab at the top of the screen, click "Add Ticket"
- Fill in the Ticket Details
- Choose you billing method
- If you have chosen Purchase Order, please enter a PO Number.
- Enter your reference number
- Select a Category
- Enter a Room Name.
- Select a Priority
- Enter a Subject
- Enter a Description
- Attach File if required
- Click Submit.
Once submitted, you will receive an email indicating you have created a new ticket.
Sending Support an Email
You can email us at
sparksupport@evolvetech.co.nz and our system will automatically log a ticket on your behalf and then send you a confirmation email.
